Description:
The Lead Audiovisual Technician is responsible for all aspects of operations and project installation management, for the Contractor’s personnel, if any, and for communication with other Contractors and Vendors.
This position is based on site in Woodbridge, VA with up to 60% travel requirements to CONUS and OCONUS locations.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Security Clearance: Preferred DoD Secret Level Clearance or higher, or the ability to meet the requirements to obtain a DoD Security Clearance.
Experience: Minimum 5 years experience in Audiovisual installation for large-scale projects.
Skills and Abilities:
Additional qualifications include experience in AV systems integration, knowledge of project management, data networking, secure system design, and various audiovisual technologies. Skills in cable termination, fiber optic testing, mounting display systems, control system coding, DSP configuration, and vendor management are also required. Certifications such as Tesira, Q-SYS, Network+, and A+ are preferred.
