Job summary

Responsibilities

• Conducts a full range of audiological evaluations to determine the type and degree of hearing loss.
• Determines patients' need for amplification and the effectiveness of amplification; determines rehabilitation and counseling needs.
• Develops and implements policies and procedures to address clinical needs and overall services; ensures documentation per Joint Commission and service policies.
• Provides oversight of the audiology program and key clinical/training initiatives; supervises staff and resources across multiple sites.
• Manages personnel resources, schedules, and actions to maintain efficient and compliant delivery of audiology services across all sites of care.
