Job summary

Morgan Pinnacle Group is seeking an experienced plaintiff-side personal injury attorney to own a California practice and shape its growth.

In this full-time role you will manage PI cases from intake through settlement or trial, focusing on motor vehicle and premises liability, while building client relationships and leading the new team with leadership support and equity-based rewards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of plaintiff-side personal injury experience.
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage cases from intake through resolution.
• Active California Bar license and California residency.
• JD from an accredited, nonprofit law school ranked approximately top 50 by U.S. News & World Report.
• Stable career history, strong client relationships, and a client-first approach.

We are partnering with a mission-driven, technology-forward company launching a new plaintiff-side personal injury practice in California. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced PI attorney to take ownership of cases, help build a practice from the ground up, and have a meaningful voice in the firm's growth and direction.

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of personal injury experience, including trial exposure.
