Job summary

BDO USA, LLP seeks an Assurance Manager for Third Party Attestation to lead a team through planning, fieldwork, and wrap-up on SOC 1/2/3, SOC for Cybersecurity, HITRUST, ISO, MRC, CSA STAR and related reports.

You will supervise engagement teams, design test plans, review workpapers, and communicate findings to clients, ensuring compliance with professional standards and BDO methodologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, MIS, or related field required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• CPA, CISA, or CISSP or similar certifications preferred.
• More than five years of IT/enterprise audit experience preferred.
• Experience with SOC, ISO, HITRUST, and similar attestations.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, fieldwork, and wrap-up of attestation engagements.
• Supervise staff and review workpapers and attestations.
• Develop test plans, evaluate deficiencies, and report findings.
• Manage client relationships and serve as primary contact.
• Ensure compliance with governing standards and firm policies.
