Acquire4Hire is seeking an Associate or Lead qualified teacher to join our family-focused team in New Hampshire. You will create a safe, engaging classroom and develop activities aligned with children's interests while collaborating with colleagues to fulfill our mission.

You will engage in activities, model good hygiene, communicate with parents, conduct bi-annual assessments with portfolios, implement emergent curriculum, and adhere to center policies and state regulations.

Qualifications

• Full background check required.
• Ability to work with children of all ages.
• Strong oral and written communication skills and basic computer skills.
• Associate or Lead qualified teacher.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of child development.
• Full time position (40 hours).

Responsibilities

• Actively engage in activities and maintain a clean and organized classroom environment.
• Encourage self-help and good hygiene through behavior modeling and positive reinforcement.
• Maintain open communication with parents through progress reports and informal discussions.
• Bi-Annual assessments and parent conferences with customized portfolios.
• Plan and implement emergent curriculum that meets the unique needs and interests of our students.
• Adhere to all center policies and state regulations.
