Job summary

Mars is seeking the Head of Associate Health & Wellbeing (AHWB) for the US & Canada to advance the regional AHWB strategy and partner with P&O, HSE, Benefits, and external providers. You will lead a diverse team to reduce risks, improve health outcomes, and align local programs with global standards.

The role requires senior leadership experience in occupational health or wellbeing, strong business partnering skills, and a track record of delivering measurable impact across a large organization.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years leadership experience in Occupational Health, Population health or Wellbeing within the corporate sector.
Post-graduate education in Public Health, Occupational Health or Wellbeing.
Master's degree in Public Health (MPH), Health Administration (MHA), or advanced clinical practice (COHN, DO, NP).

Responsibilities

Lead and Develop a High-Performing Expert Team across US & Canada.
Contribute to and Deliver the Global AHWB Strategy.
Serve on the Global AHWB Leadership Team and translate priorities into a US/Canada roadmap.
Manage external partners and ensure evidence-based service delivery.
