Job summary

Mars is seeking a senior leader to head Associate Health & Wellbeing (AHWB) for the US & Canada. You will drive the strategic AHWB agenda, partner across functions, and champion a culture of care to enhance associate energy, resilience, and performance.

You will lead a regional team, translate global priorities to a US/Canada roadmap, and collaborate with P&O, HSE, Benefits, and external consultants to deliver measurable health outcomes and cost management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing regional health and wellbeing team across US & Canada.
• Translate global health & wellbeing priorities into a US/Canada roadmap balancing enterprise needs with local legislation and culture.
• Lead regional deployment of health initiatives, monitor trends, and feed insights back to the global agenda.
• Represent Mars AHWB with stakeholders and industry groups to strengthen employer health and engagement.
