Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in all aspects of student-athlete development and performance.
• Lead and manage the recruitment process.
• Oversee daily drills and conditioning; supervise workouts and game prep.
• Scouting opponents and prepare defensive course; oversee game scouting reports.
• Coordinate camps, clinics, and fundraising activities; assist in marketing strategies.
