Cedar Mountain Dental in Newington, CT is seeking a Lead Associate Dentist to join a fully digital practice. The role offers a strong base guarantee with a percentage of collections and opportunities for clinical growth within a supportive SDM network.

You will provide comprehensive general, cosmetic and restorative dentistry, diagnose, plan treatments, and collaborate with hygienists and staff to deliver exceptional patient care using iTero, intraoral cameras and Overjet.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
• Active state dental license and DEA registration.
• GPR or AEGD training preferred.
• Proven proficiency in general dentistry, cosmetic and restorative procedures.
• Endodontic, surgical and cosmetic dentistry experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive general, cosmetic and restorative dental care—with a focus on patient comfort, education and outcomes.
• Perform thorough examinations, diagnose conditions and create clear, patient-centered treatment plans.
• Collaborate with hygienists, assistants and operational partners for seamless, high-quality care.
• Leverage digital tools such as iTero, intraoral cameras One and Overjet to support accurate diagnosis and patient communication.
• Engage in continuing professional development through SDM’s clinician network and learning resources.
