Bravere is seeking a motivated Lead Associate Dentist to join our Hot Springs, AR area practice. This role emphasizes clinical leadership and meaningful patient relationships while our team handles staffing, operations, and growth.

The ideal candidate will have DDS/DMD, an Arkansas license, and a commitment to high-quality patient care in a collaborative, growth-minded environment within the Hot Springs community.

Qualifications

• Active Arkansas dental license, or ability to obtain licensure prior to start date.
• Current DEA registration, or eligibility to obtain.
• Excellent clinical judgment, communication skills, and patient-centered approach.
• Comfortable working independently while collaborating with a supportive team.
• 3–5 years of experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive general dental care, including exams, diagnosis, treatment planning, restorative.
• Build trust with patients through clear communication, education, and compassionate chairside care.
• Partner with clinical and administrative team members to deliver efficient, high-quality patient experiences.
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow all clinical, safety, compliance, and infection-control standards.
• Contribute to a positive, professional culture focused on patient care, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
