RSMC Services, Inc. is partnering with an established private dental practice in Northwest Arkansas seeking an Associate Dentist to join its growing clinical team. This role offers strong mentorship, exposure to a wide variety of procedures, and a long-term career path with partnership potential.

You'll work alongside experienced doctors in a collaborative environment equipped with modern technology while treating a diverse patient population.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree required.
• Active or eligible Arkansas dental license required.
• Comfortable performing a broad range of procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and patient-centered care.
• Team-oriented and collaborative approach.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive general dentistry and related procedures.
• Provide crowns and bridges, restorative dentistry, endodontics and implants.
• Support orthodontics/braces where applicable and appropriate.
• Deliver high-quality patient care with clear communication.
