Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• 2+ years’ experience working with individuals with visual impairments or other disabilities.
• Strong leadership, team-building and curriculum development skills.
• Passion for mission-driven work and improving lives.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop our Assistive Technology Team.
• Oversee AT curricula, ensuring high-quality, efficient, and impactful service delivery.
• Drive program improvements, innovation, and growth aligned with community needs.
• Provide direct client support and assessments.
• Evaluate new and emerging technologies to determine accessibility and compatibility with current hardware and software platforms providing technical training.
