Lighthouse Central Florida, in collaboration with Lighthouse Works, is seeking a Youth Services instructor to support teens aged 14–22 with visual impairments in the Orlando area. This on-site role emphasizes engaging activities, personal growth, and inclusive participation within our Youth Services Team.

You will facilitate group activities, assist in lesson plan preparation, and help coordinate events with program staff.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in education, psychology, social work, or related field.
• Minimum of one year experience working with individuals who have a disability preferred.
• Pass Level II background check.
• Weekend availability: 2-3 Saturdays per month.
