Qualifications

• Supervise the engineering staff and maintenance team.
• Oversee HVAC, boilers, chillers, and other facility systems.
• Advanced troubleshooting of Casino Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) systems.
• Train and mentor staff to meet standards.
• Maintain accurate records and reports of engineering activities.
• Coordinate with shift staff for open work orders and priorities.
• Ensure safety, compliance and effective communications.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision to Engineering staff and maintenance team.
• Oversee mechanical systems including HVAC, boilers, and chillers.
• Troubleshoot MEP systems, elevators and escalators.
• Train and mentor team to achieve standards.
• Manage work orders and verify completion with supervisors.
• Maintain records of engineering activities and documents.
• Coordinate with Grave and Swing Shift facilities staff.
• Maintain CMMS, energy management and related systems knowledge.
• Maintain safety and proper use of hand/power tools.
