Qualifications

• 1 year intake/assessment experience in crisis intervention preferred.
• Master's degree in counseling or related field and license-eligible required.
• 2-5 years of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Respond to telephone and face-to-face inquiries seeking mental health services.
• Conduct clinical assessments and determine appropriate treatment options.
• Ensure patients/families understand admissions and treatment process.
• Discuss clinical issues with physicians to determine next steps.
• Collaborate with other departments to address patient needs.
