What Role Will You Play?

Lead Assessment Counselor

assess the needs of callers and patients in our busy 24/7 Intake Department. You will be working with patients who are presenting with mental health or addictive disease treatment needs and will be responsible for ensuring they receive the appropriate level of care which may include a hospital admission or referral to a community service/resource. Leadership: Demonstrate effective communication, coaching, and development. Act proactively in problem resolution. Perform assigned management duties.
