Epiroc Drilling Solutions, LLC is seeking a Lead Person for onsite assembly leadership. You will guide shop personnel, ensure adherence to safety guidelines, and provide detailed information to workers to meet production goals.

The role requires strong blueprint reading, leadership, and hands-on assembly skills in a fast-paced environment. Join a global innovator in mining and construction equipment, with opportunities for skilled leadership and continuous training.

Competenze

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Two years minimum in current skill set with leadership and training skills.
• Must have training in reading blueprints and electrical and hydraulic schematics.

Mansioni

• Plan assembly procedures using blueprints.
• Check availability of parts, components, and materials.
• Follow up on shortages or faulty parts.
• Assemble parts and components in proper sequence.
• Make corrections/modifications per work order/customer request.
• Test and troubleshoot assemblies and ensure proper operation before release.
