Job summary

Qualifications

  • Experience with complex assembly or related tasks is preferred.
  • Ability to read and interpret basic diagrams and work instructions.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble products per work instructions, drawings, and schematics.
  • Cross-train across multiple assembly areas as needed.
  • Maintain product quality and adherence to safety rules and PPE requirements.
  • Identify and communicate process improvements for safety, quality, delivery, and productivity.
  • Retrieve information from ERP system and document work accordingly.
  • Lead small teams or train colleagues on standard work when required.
