Job summary

Viper Northwest, Inc. is a precision, quick response, build-to-print manufacturer of machined parts and assemblies. We seek an Assembly Supervisor for the day shift (Mon-Fri, 6:00 am–3:30 pm) to lead a skilled team, drive on-time delivery, and uphold safety and quality in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires electromechanical assembly experience, GD&T knowledge, and strong coaching/mentoring abilities. Candidates should be prepared to collaborate with engineering and quoting teams.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead, mentor, develop and interface with staff.
• Ability to read and interpret technical data, schematics, prints and travelers.
• Strong math skills including geometry and basic trigonometry.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction and feedback to department personnel to maximize output.
• Manage day shift 6:00 am-3:30 pm, ensure safety and output.
• Troubleshoot machine issues and schedule maintenance.
• Assign work and maintain cross-shift continuity.
• Ensure on-time delivery while upholding quality.
