Job summary

Qualifications

High School diploma or GED required.
Associate degree or trade school certificate preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide direction and feedback to department personnel to maximize output and efficiency.
Manage day shift (Mon-Fri, 6:00 am–3:30 pm).
Supervise and train staff; monitor performance and safety compliance.
Maintain tooling and equipment readiness; support maintenance and repairs as needed.
Assign work, track schedules, and ensure on-time delivery of parts.
Communicate capabilities and timelines to Quoting and Engineering.
Ensure quality standards and safety policies are followed.
