Job summary

Pentair in White Bear Lake, MN is seeking an Assembly Operator Lead for 1st shift. You will oversee production flow, perform initial troubleshooting, and coach team members to meet safety, quality, and cleanroom standards.

You will conduct start-up meetings, track performance, and escalate issues while supporting continuous improvement through Lean and RCCM. The role requires GMP knowledge, 2+ years as a production lead, and strong communication in English.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years as a production lead with GMP emphasis.
• Knowledge of Lean, 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Ability to train, coach, and enforce safety, quality, and cleanroom expectations.

Responsibilities

• Lead start-up meetings, safety talks, and daily work assignments.
• Support Production Supervisor with performance, attendance, quality, and safety concerns.
• Maintain hour-by-hour charts and update production boards.
• Escalate equipment failures, quality concerns, and material shortages.
• Drive continuous improvement through Lean methods and RCCM.
