Pentair is seeking an Assembly Operator Lead for the 1st shift in Delavan, WI to supervise a team of up to 20 as they assemble, test, and package various 4" submersible pumps. You will lead daily production, ensure safety, and drive quality through standard work.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of leadership experience preferred.
• Familiar with Lean Manufacturing concepts.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and related applications.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Physical: standing/walking, twisting, lifting up to 40 lbs; steel-toed shoes required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of up to 20 individuals.
• Perform assembly, testing and packaging of 4" submersible pumps from start to finish.
• Own quality production through standard work adherence.
• Present at daily meetings for prior day metrics and shift performance.
• Prioritize staffing and ensure safe operations daily.
