Qualifications

• One year of general labor experience in a manufacturing environment or willingness to learn.
• Ability to communicate with coworkers professionally.
• Ability to follow work instructions and pay attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, fabricate, and package products following specifications.
• Read blueprints and set up fixtures, operate drill presses and saws.
• Report daily tasks, scrap, and inventory issues on production sheets.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas and follow safety policies.
