Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years of complex assembly or related experience.
• Ability to perform highly repetitive assembly tasks in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products using work instructions, drawings, and schematics.
• Cross-train in multiple assembly areas.
• Develop and maintain understanding of assembled products and their impact on the business.
• Continuous learning of job principles, practices, and processes.
• Participate in team meetings to exchange information.
• Resolve problems with guidance from peers or supervisors.
• Provide training on work instructions/standard work as needed.
• Flex to multiple workstations as needed.
• Perform complex assembly within tolerance and quality standards.
• Suggest and implement improvements to equipment, designs, and processes for safety and productivity.
• Retrieve information in ERP system as needed.
• Lead team meetings and exchange job information.
