Job summary

Honeywell in Acton, MA is seeking an Assembler Level 4 to join our on-site manufacturing team. The role focuses on precise assembly of complex components and systems, reporting to the Production Supervisor and guiding a small team to meet production deadlines.

Ideal candidates bring 1+ year in precision assembly, reading engineering drawings, and proven leadership. Work hours are 1st shift, Monday–Friday, on-site at 75 Discovery Way, Acton.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in assembly work with a focus on precision and quality in a manufacturing environment.
• 1+ years of experience reading and interpreting engineering drawings and work instructions accurately.
• 1+ years of proven leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Assemble components and systems according to engineering specifications and work instructions.
• Inspect parts and assemblies for defects and ensure quality standards are met.
• Lead a team of 3–5 people on daily tasks and schedules.
• Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to resolve assembly issues and drive process improvements.
• Complete daily pod schedule and maintain production timelines.
• Report to Production Supervisor and work on-site at Acton, MA.
