Job summary

Honeywell Technologies in Acton, MA seeks an Assembler Level 4 to join our on-site manufacturing team. You will perform detailed assembly of components per engineering specs, ensure quality and on-time delivery, and collaborate with engineering and quality teams. You will lead a small team on 1st shift (7:00am–3:30pm).

The ideal candidate has 1+ year in precision assembly, experience reading drawings, and proven leadership. High school diploma preferred.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in assembly with precision and quality.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and work instructions.
• Proven leadership experience in a manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed assembly of components and systems per engineering specs and work instructions.
• Inspect parts and assemblies for defects and ensure quality standards.
• Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
• Lead a team of 3–5 people and manage daily pod schedule.
• Report to Production Supervisor and operate on 1st shift.
