Job summary

Honeywell in Acton, MA is seeking an Assembler Level 4 to join our on-site manufacturing team. The role focuses on precise assembly of complex components and systems, reporting to the Production Supervisor and guiding a small team to meet production deadlines.

Ideal candidates bring 1+ year in precision assembly, reading engineering drawings, and proven leadership. Work hours are 1st shift, Monday–Friday, on-site at 75 Discovery Way, Acton.

Qualifications

1+ year of experience in assembly work with a focus on precision and quality in a manufacturing environment.
1+ years of experience reading and interpreting engineering drawings and work instructions accurately.
1+ years of proven leadership experience.

Responsibilities

Assemble components and systems according to engineering specifications and work instructions.
Inspect parts and assemblies for defects and ensure quality standards are met.
Lead a team of 3–5 people on daily tasks and schedules.
Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to resolve assembly issues and drive process improvements.
Complete daily pod schedule and maintain production timelines.
Report to Production Supervisor and work on-site at Acton, MA.

Job description

As an Assembler Level 4 here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in assembling complex components and systems with precision and efficiency to support our manufacturing operations.

You will report directly to our Production Supervisor and you’ll work out of our Acton, MA location on an On-site work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the quality and timeliness of our product assembly processes, ensuring that all assemblies meet stringent quality standards and production deadlines.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1st shift 7:00am - 3:30pm Monday - Friday
Leading a team of 3- 5 people
Perform detailed assembly of components and systems according to engineering specifications and work instructions.
Inspect parts and assemblies for defects and ensure compliance with quality standards.
Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to resolve assembly issues and improve processes.
Completing daily pod schedule

YOU MUST HAVE

1+ year of experience in assembly work with a focus on precision and quality in a manufacturing environment.
1+ years of experienced reading and interpreting engineering drawings and work instructions accurately.
1+ years of proven leadership experieince
