Shaw Development is seeking a dedicated Lead Assembler to join the CAT Cell manufacturing team. You will lead daily assembly work, ensure production goals are met, and uphold quality standards.

We offer an early morning shift from 5:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Thursday, with potential overtime on Fridays. Candidates should have experience in assembly, read blueprints, and collaborate effectively with the team.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with supervisors and colleagues to maintain workflow.
• Assist in transporting materials up to 35 pounds.

• Collaborate with supervisors and colleagues to facilitate smooth daily workflows.
• Assist in maintaining a safe environment by lifting and transporting materials up to 35 pounds as needed.
