Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences with extensive experience in biotech/pharma operations.
- Proven operations management experience in regulated environments (GXP).
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and CRO collaborations.
- Strong knowledge of LIMS, bioanalytical methods and documentation practices.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with platform heads to optimize assay lifecycle and QC through performance monitoring.
- Prioritize digital and equipment needs across GCI to meet project goals.
- Ensure timely, compliant closure of clinical assay investigations.
- Lead a transversal team and drive cross-training for workforce versatility.
- Translate scientific requirements into operational strategies supporting goals.
- Serve as main contact for GCI digital and FELS needs.
- Monitor equipment readiness and functionality and lead documentation efforts.
- Identify and implement process improvements and best practices.
