Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Asphalt Paving and equipment operator experience specific to Asphalt Paving.
• A valid driver's license is required.
• Proven experience as a Paving Foreman or in a similar role.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise paving laborers, including assigning tasks and monitoring progress.
• Monitor and manage project timelines to ensure milestones are met and that the project stays within budget.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for management, office personnel, project managers, general contractors, and customers.
• Ensure that all project activities comply with established quality standards and safety regulations.
• Provide regular project status updates to management and ensure all project documentation is accurate.
