Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Asphalt Paving.
• Minimum of two (2) years' supervisory experience.
• Excellent verbal and nonverbal communication skills.
• Must have driving license and pass DOT Physical.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all phases of paving operations, including equipment and crew.
• Ensure adherence to safety, EH&S policies and regulations.
• Maintain and repair equipment; ensure proper housekeeping.
• Plan daily activities and assign work to team.
• Coordinate deliveries, production records, and reporting.
• Assess site hazards and prevent breakdowns.
