Job summary

NVIDIA seeks a senior SoC program leader to drive SOC development from concept to production, coordinating IP design, integration, DFT, physical design, VLSI, emulation, software and operations to deliver first silicon.

BSEE (MSEE/MSCE preferred) or equivalent; 10+ years in chip development with 5+ years managing an SoC; experience across front-end/back-end flows, silicon bring-up and ISO26262; base salary 232,000 USD - 368,000 USD with equity/benefits; applications accepted by August 10, 2026.

Qualifications

• BSEE (MSEE/MSCE preferred) or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years in chip development with 5+ years leading an SoC or sub-system.
• Experience across graphics processing, memory, and I/O sub-systems in SOCs.
• Knowledge of front-end flows (RTL, verification, micro-architecture, low-power design).
• Knowledge of back-end flows (physical design, clock/reset, DFT).

Responsibilities

• Drive the execution of SOCs from concept to production.
• Coordinate IP design, integration, DFT, physical design, VLSI, emulation, software, and operations teams toward first silicon.
• Identify technical risks and work with teams on mitigations.
• Work in a highly matrixed, global engineering team.
• Provide technical leadership to the team.
