Mystic Lake Casino is seeking a Restaurant Chef for the Red Orchid, responsible for culinary leadership, menu development, and delivering high-quality Asian cuisine. You will mentor cooks, manage food and labor costs, and ensure exceptional guest experiences through consistent execution of recipes and standards.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of culinary experience including 5+ years at Sous Chef level.
• 3+ years of leadership experience.
• Experience leading culinary operations in authentic Asian cuisine.

Responsibilities

• Lead kitchen operations to ensure authentic Asian cuisine is prepared and plated to standard.
• Maintain culinary standards for quality, taste, and portion control.
• Oversee food production, monitor quality, and ensure timely service.
