Job summary

Laguna Source in the Buffalo NY area seeks a technical engineering leader to oversee the engineering functions, capital projects, and technical excellence within a state-of-the-art beverage manufacturing operation serving global food & beverage clients.

You will lead complex cross-functional projects, apply process engineering expertise for aseptic beverage manufacturing, and manage $3–$10M capital initiatives including packaging lines and robotics. Strong FDA/GMP experience is required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years engineering leadership in FDA-regulated facilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex cross-functional engineering projects for new product launches, process scale-up, and packaging optimization.
• Oversee capital projects of $3–$10M including new construction, upgrades, and line installations.
• Ensure cGMP, HACCP, FDA compliance in all projects and documentation.
• Develop budgets, schedules, and takeover activities for manufacturing lines.
• Manage engineers, contractors, and external vendors.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Maintenance, Quality, and R&D to implement best-in-class solutions.
