Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical leadership experience.
• High School graduate with applicable state licenses.
• Strong presentation and relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and ensure comfort during LifeSpa sessions.
• Deliver high-quality technical services and educate staff.
• Lead scheduling, inventory, and payroll tasks.
• Recruit and coach LifeSpa team members.
• Oversee weekly meetings and staff development.
