Life Time Inc. is seeking a Lead Artist to model excellence in technical services for LifeSpa Members and Guests. You will hire and coach the LifeSpa team to drive financial success and manage inventory, ordering, scheduling, and labor control.

You will lead by example, set standards for guest experience, and ensure a collaborative, growth‑oriented workplace. Strong leadership and a background in beauty services are essential to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of technical experience.
• Strong presentation, professional demeanor, and relationship building.
• Ability to hire, coach, and lead a team toward operational and financial goals.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and ensure their LifeSpa experience is comfortable.
• Deliver uncompromising technical services.
• Act as an expert in beauty analysis and maintenance regimens.
• Drive LifeSpa service and retail education within the Life Time ecosystem.
• Serve as a positive role model and maintain a happy work environment.
• Staff and recruit talent; optimize schedules.
• Place and receive orders; manage weekly inventory.
• Oversee payroll for hourly and commissioned team members.
• Host monthly team meetings and weekly one-to-one meetings.
