Responsibilities

• Assist with exhibition installations at Park Ave, including labeling and storage.
• Prepare private viewings for Specialist and Private Sales, including presentation and lighting.
• Maintain tool carts and supplies for art installations.
• Serve as onsite contact for Private Sales and oversee installs.
• Assist with exhibit layout planning and use of Exhibita software.
• Train and supervise freelance art handlers.
• Maintain inventory of displays and equipment.
• Support risk management and best practices for art handling.
