CACI International Inc. seeks a Senior SOF Intelligence and Operations Integrator to lead SA/Intel mission management across ARSOF CSUs and SAMMC. You will develop OPLANs, CONOPs, EXORDs and coordinate with IC networks to support CONOPs and final planning documents for senior leaders.
This role requires TS/SCI clearance, 12+ years in SA, and 4+ years managing SA in IA or SOF. You will mentor analysts, train personnel, and ensure readiness for emergent situations, including after-hours responses.

As a CACI‑SOFETOPS Senior SOF Intelligence and Operations Integrator, you will provide senior‑level expertise and guidance in SOF Sensitive Activities (SA) and Intelligence Operations for the ARSOF CSUs and their Sensitive Activities Mission Management Cells (SAMMC). You will advise on SA/Intel mission management, requirements, and authorities (fiscal, intelligence, and operational), communicating essential directives to stakeholders and integrating sensitive activities across the organization. You will apply core planning methodologies using tools such as JOPES, ADM, and MDMP to support the broad spectrum of Joint SOF SA operations. You will develop tactical, operational, and strategic‑level documentation—including OPLANs, CONOPs, and EXORDs—to drive informed decision‑making and operational execution. You will integrate and fuse intelligence with operational plans by engaging enablers, subject‑matter experts, technicians, and IC networks/tools. Through these efforts, you will enable the delivery of products and solutions that support CONOPs, CONEMPs, assessments, and final planning documents for senior leaders. You will coordinate across the Intelligence Community by employing accepted systems, processes, and formats to align SOF SA units globally and ensure effective IC coordination and deconfliction.
