Job summary

Cognito Systems, a joint venture with Planned Systems International (PSI), seeks a Lead Athletic Trainer to join the U.S. Army’s Holistic Health and Fitness (H2F) program at Ft. Sill; Lawton, OK. This on‑site role places you at the forefront of a national human performance initiative extending across brigades.

As Brigade Lead AT, you’ll advise on acute care, coordinate with the H2F team, and drive training excellence and program reviews in collaboration with the Injury Control Director.

Qualifications

• CAATE-accredited Bachelor’s degree in Athletic Training.
• CAATE accreditation plus BOC certification and NPI.
• U.S. citizenship and licensure in applicable state.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Brigade Lead Athletic Trainer and advisor on injury care and performance optimization.
• Coordinate with H2F teams to support unit training programs.
• Ensure AT scope guidance aligns with Brigade training calendar.
• Prepare and submit Monthly Status Reports with recommendations.
• Attend meetings with H2F Performance Team and medical personnel.
