Qualifications

• Experience overseeing multiple sites or teams in custodial/facilities operations.
• Strong leadership and people management to coach and develop staff.
• Solid organizational and time management abilities for scheduling and tasks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with clients and teams.
• Knowledge of safety, cleanliness, and building maintenance standards.
• Proven problem-solving skills to address operational challenges.
• Comfort with basic technology tools: email, spreadsheets, scheduling software.
• Previous supervisory experience in service-based custodial environments; real estate/management experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee custodial operations across client locations and manage site supervisors.
• Organize schedules and allocate resources for multiple sites.
• Ensure service standards, safety protocols, and client expectations are met.
• Conduct site inspections and monitor performance metrics.
• Implement process improvements to maintain quality and efficiency.
• Resolve issues promptly and coordinate with teams on coverage.
• Support hiring, onboarding, and training for staff members.
• Cover shifts and provide support for additional cleaning or project work as needed.
