Job summary

Gensler seeks an experienced Project Manager in Miami to lead architecture and interior design projects across multiple practice areas. You will guide multidisciplinary teams through all phases, ensuring on-time delivery, budget control, and client satisfaction.

The role emphasizes leadership, collaboration with clients and consultants, and mentoring the next generation of design leaders within the firm’s Miami office. This is an in-office position in Miami.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture, or Interior Design from an accredited program.
• 10+ years of relevant experience within a commercial architecture and design firm with at least 4 years as a Project Manager with financial accountability.
• Professional license or certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and interior design deliverables on projects, coordinating with Design Directors and project teams through all phases.
• Collaborate with clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors to meet project objectives.
• Resolve complex design issues with innovative and practical solutions.
• Manage client expectations, team communication, and consultant coordination.
• Mentor junior team members and advance an integrated design culture.
