Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture from an accredited institution or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of experience in a professional architecture office.
• Multi-family and mixed-use architecture experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Revit, CAD, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, direct, and coordinate team members and consultants across project phases.
• Manage and mentor junior staff; make authoritative decisions impacting project direction.
• Coordinate workload through design development and construction document phases.
• Track project schedules, design fees, budgets, and reimbursable costs.
• Establish and facilitate client and internal meetings throughout each project.
