Job summary

GFF Design in Dallas, TX seeks a Project Leader (Architect) to lead a Mixed Use and Multifamily studio. You will guide design from concept through construction, manage a team, and coordinate with clients, engineers, and consultants.

Minimum 8 years in architecture with a strong multifamily portfolio; licensed or registered professionals preferred; Revit and SketchUp proficiency required to drive complex projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in architecture or related field.
• 8+ years of professional architecture experience with project leadership.
• 5+ years in multifamily, wood-frame projects, $50–$150M exposure.
• Proficient in Revit and SketchUp; strong leadership and communication.
• LEED is a plus; architectural registration required.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design from concept to completion per client specs and codes.
• Collaborate with designers, engineers, managers, and clients for execution.
• Develop and present design proposals, feasibility studies, and risk assessments.
• Mentor and manage a team of architects toward excellence.
• Oversee documentation and ensure adherence to industry standards.
