Job summary
Blue Signal Search is seeking a seasoned Architectural Designer/Project Architect to lead planning through design development and documentation for complex facility projects. You will guide projects from early planning through permitting and field support, creating space concepts and coordinated models while working with diverse teams.
The role requires a Bachelor's in architecture and 5+ years of experience, with advanced Revit capabilities and hands-on experience in construction document
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture is required.
- 5+ years of professional architectural experience.
- Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD.
- Experience developing construction documents for commercial/industrial facilities.
Responsibilities
- Guide facility projects from early planning through design development, permitting, construction documentation, and field support.
- Develop space and facility concepts for project needs.
- Create and maintain coordinated Revit models and drawings; use AutoCAD when needed.
- Coordinate with structural, civil, mechanical, electrical disciplines for integrated delivery.
- Ensure code, life-safety, accessibility, zoning, and approvals compliance throughout design.
- Produce architectural details, specs, and documentation focused on constructability.
- Participate in client meetings, design reviews, and consultant coordination.
