Hidden Jobs is seeking a Lead Front-End Engineer to own the architecture and hands-on delivery of an enterprise platform for healthcare marketers. You will guide a growing team, partner with the back-end lead and product designer, and shape how a complex journey-builder canvas scales.

You will define API contracts with the back-end lead, drive the design system and CI testing, and set standards for AI-assisted coding.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in front-end or full-stack engineering.
• 2+ years leading a team.
• Experience leading front-end architecture for a complex enterprise product with data-dense UI.
• Track record hiring engineers and running a technical interview loop from scratch.
• Comfort directing and reviewing AI-assisted coding with judgment on human review.

Responsibilities

• Lead front-end architecture and delivery for the platform's user-facing product, from prototypes through production.
• Own the journey-builder canvas and scale its data volume and interactions.
• Define API contracts with the back-end lead as data models evolve.
• Drive the design system and the design-to-code workflow with the product designer.
• Direct how AI-driven guardrails and model behavior are rendered and trusted in the product.
• Hire and lead a front-end engineering team and promote CI-enforced testing.
• Set standards for AI-assisted coding on the team with proper tooling investment.
• Partner with product and design on problem definition and sequencing at the start of each effort.

Role overview

Lead the front-end architecture and hands-on delivery of an enterprise platform that helps healthcare marketers design and run HCP journeys. Guide a small but growing team, partner closely with the back-end lead and product designer, and shape how a complex journey-builder canvas scales.

Responsibilities

• Lead front-end architecture and delivery for the platform's user-facing product, from early prototypes through production.


• Own the journey-builder canvas, a direct-manipulation graph interface, as it grows in complexity and data volume.


• Define API contracts together with the back-end lead so interface and data model evolve as one system.


• Drive the code side of the design system and the design-to-code workflow in partnership with the product designer.


• Direct how AI-driven guardrails and model behavior are rendered and made trustworthy in the product.


• Hire and lead a front-end engineering team, setting a high bar for code quality and CI-enforced testing.


• Set standards for AI-assisted coding on the team, supported by real tooling investment.


• Partner with product and design on problem definition, scope, and sequencing from the start of each effort.

Requirements

• 8+ years in front-end or full-stack engineering, including 2+ years leading a team.


• Experience leading front-end architecture for a B2B or enterprise product with a complex, data-dense, or direct-manipulation UI such as a canvas or graph editor.


• Track record hiring and growing engineers and running a technical interview loop from scratch.


• Comfort directing and reviewing AI-assisted coding with judgment on what requires human review.
