View The Space is seeking a skilled tree care lead to perform pruning, removal, planting, and emergency response services. You will manage ground, climbing, and aerial lift tasks while upholding safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

You will identify tree health, install cabling, and care for landscapes, with opportunities for training and certifications. A team-focused, outdoors- weather-ready role based in Maryland offers steady field work and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of safe, professional tree climbing experience.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to obtain a DOT Medical Card.
• Able to lift 50 pounds or more and work outdoors in all weather.

Responsibilities

• Lead and perform professional tree care, pruning, removal, planting, and emergency response services.
• Perform ground, climbing, and aerial lift duties in support of assigned projects.
• Lead and execute tree pruning and removal safely according to industry standards.
• Tree identification and assessment.
• Install cabling and bracing systems.
• Tree planting and ongoing tree care.
• Conduct removals safely and efficiently.
• Remain available for emergency call-outs related to weather, wind, snow, or ice events.
