This role requires proficiency in all arboricultural services, leadership skills, and adherence to safety standards. Qualifications
Must be proficient in climbing, aerial lift work, and using arboricultural tools.
Knowledge of safety standards and regulations in arboriculture is required.
1b 2a hoisting license must be obtained within the first 6 months.
Responsibilities
Lead and supervise a crew in daily field operations.
Assign tasks and ensure execution of projects.
Provide training and mentorship to staff.
Maintain safety and quality standards.
Skills
Proficient in arboricultural services and equipment
Knowledge of ANSI Z133 and A300 standards
Strong leadership skills
Excellent communication skills
3-5 years experience in arboricultural services
Education
ISA or MCA certification
Valid driver's license
