Air Comfort, Inc is seeking a Crew Leader Arborist to oversee and manage a team of arborists for daily field operations including pruning and removals. This role requires proficiency in all arboricultural services, leadership skills, and adherence to safety standards. Qualifications

• Must be proficient in climbing, aerial lift work, and using arboricultural tools.
• Knowledge of safety standards and regulations in arboriculture is required.
• 1b 2a hoisting license must be obtained within the first 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a crew in daily field operations.
• Assign tasks and ensure execution of projects.
• Provide training and mentorship to staff.
• Maintain safety and quality standards.

Skills

Proficient in arboricultural services and equipment

Knowledge of ANSI Z133 and A300 standards

Strong leadership skills

Excellent communication skills

3-5 years experience in arboricultural services

Education

ISA or MCA certification

Valid driver's license
