Job summary

Joshua Tree Experts is seeking a Tree Care Crew Leader to join our safety-first team in North Dallas. You will lead the tree crew, oversee on-site execution, and ensure high-quality pruning, removals, and cabling for residential and commercial properties.

The role emphasizes clear client communication, professionalism, and safe work practices while representing the company with homeowners, property managers, and crew members.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in tree care including pruning and removals.
• Ability to supervise a crew and delegate tasks on site.
• Strong communication with clients, homeowners, and supervisors.
• Understand tree species, diseases, and proper care techniques.
• Valid Driver's License with clean driving record; CDL-B preferred.
• ISA Certified Arborist is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and delegate tree care operations on residential and commercial properties.
• Safely operate equipment to prune, remove, or manage growth of trees and shrubs.
• Monitor and maintain assigned equipment and tools.
• Communicate with clients to ensure satisfaction during services.
• Follow safety rules and regulations on all job sites.
• Represent Joshua Tree Experts professionally on site.
