Joshua Tree Experts in Little Rock seeks a Tree Care Crew Leader to join our safety‑first, fast‑growing team. You will lead tree and shrub care on residential and commercial properties, ensuring high-quality, safe work and professional client interactions.

You’ll oversee daily job-site execution with the Tree Crew, delegate tasks, and maintain equipment while upholding our culture of safety and customer service.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in tree care, including pruning, trimming, and removals.
• Valid Drivers License with clean driving record; CDL-B preferred.
• ISA Certified Arborist preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform and delegate tree care operations for residential and commercial properties.
• Operate lifts and saws safely to prune, remove, or manage growth.
• Oversee daily job-site execution with crew.
• Maintain equipment and ensure client satisfaction.
• Follow safety rules and company guidelines.
• Represent Joshua Tree Experts on job sites.
