Job summary

Bartlett Tree Experts in Charlotte, NC is seeking an experienced Arborist Crew Leader to lead a tree care crew and perform all services safely and efficiently. You will mentor crew members and ensure work meets industry and company standards.

The role requires at least three years of tree climbing with DdRT or SRT and an active driver's license. CDL preferred; a background check is required. This is a regular full-time position with opportunities for advancement within a safety-first culture.

Qualifications

• Three years of tree climbing (DdRT or SRT) and aerial lift experience.
• Valid driver’s license and clean MVR; Class B CDL preferred.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.
• Ability to work outdoors year-round in all weather conditions.
• Passion for nature, environment, and outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Safely performing and supervising all arboriculture tasks including pruning, cabling and bracing, rigging, removals, and equipment operation.
• Bringing a cooperative and enthusiastic attitude to the job site.
• Supervising and managing crews while performing tree care services as directed by the Arborist Representative and Local Manager.
• Ensuring each crew member is trained for designated job assignments.
• Ensuring work is performed in accordance with industry and company standards.
• Communicating with clients and building relationships.
